We really hope you love your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely happy, please contact us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in an unused condition. It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned to us safely.
If an item is fault, please email us and we will act quickly to resolve the problem so you can continue the enjoyment of your purchase. We really hope this does not happen but forgive us if on a rare occasion this does happen.
We do not offer refunds for original delivery costs or return postage. All returns will need to be sent back via a tracked postal service.
Where applicable you will receive a refund within 3-5 working days back to the original payment source.
